Clear Consulting began with the mission to become a firm with personal focus, that helps to bring a thoughtful approach and clear solutions to our client's issues. We are a certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) through the Women's Business Enterprise National Council. We specialize in helping small to medium sized municipal (water and wastewater) clients implement and optimize asset management solutions. We often utilize ESRI Survey 123 for data collection and condition assessment. Helping clients build pragmatic vertical asset management and capital planning programs is our sweet spot. We have expertise providing strategic services for many clients across Ohio, Kentucky and South Carolina.

Overview:
Clear serves clients through our three service offerings, Engineering Consulting, Management Consulting and Inclusion Services. Over the past five years, we have been assisting several clients with the strategic implementation of GIS-centric asset management (AM) programs. Clear utilizes a process that helps create a sustainable asset management culture within the organization. Clear has helped create and utilize ESRI survey 123 data acquisition and condition assessment tools for AM data collection. Prior to data collection, we utilize a tried and true process for developing asset hierarchies for our clients. We have utilized this process for water and wastewater treatment and pumping facilities. What makes us unique is that we have performed design, startup and training for plant equipment and processes and understand how the vertical assets are designed to operate. Our team has field experience providing asset labeling and condition assessment services for tens of thousands of assets, and we understand how the collected data is to be used for asset replacement budgeting and capital planning. One of the most impactful services Clear provides is a level of service analysis for water and wastewater treatment facilities. This analysis results in identification of the assets that are required to be maintained in serviceable operation at all times, potential areas requiring risk mitigation and engineering analysis, and recommended spare part and equipment replacements.
