DeepWalk’s use of ArcGIS provides municipalities and consultants with four pre-made deliverables that allow for sidewalk inspection data to be easily integrated with existing workflows. The four deliverables available in the Esri ArcGIS Package are the instant app, feature service, map service, and experience dashboard. DeepWalk’s standard instant app is a ready-to-use ArcGIS mapping application that enables users to easily navigate different data layers, click to see inspection details of specific data points, and share results to internal and external stakeholders. Through DeepWalk’s feature service, the navigation of each mapping application is consistent by having standardized styling, a prebuilt pop up displaying details of the data point, 8 exportable file formats, and live updates eliminating the time-consuming process of manual updates. The feature service also allows users to quickly import data into ArcGIS Pro for advanced processing and analytics. DeepWalk’s map service breaks down the feature service into different data layers. This allows users to easily look through sidewalk, curb ramp, detectable warning surface, missing ramps, and deterioration layers to get the exact data points they need from specific regions of their sidewalk systems. DeepWalk’s experience dashboard contains all of DeepWalk’s most useful data points in interactive maps, reports, and downloadable files. With 5 different tabs, users can see their data summary and details while being able to break it down further into specific mapping layers of detectable warnings, missing ramps, and deterioration. This dashboard also allows users to view their data summaries by census tract.
