The software inherently provides heads-up decision support, mobile workforce scheduling and planning, data capture/creation all while satisfying reporting-compliance statutes and regulations in all US states and Canadian provinces. PRODUCTS Dig-Smart Enterprise First released in January 2004 to support utilities who run ArcGIS for Desktop. Recipient of the Esri Partner Award for Best ArcGIS for Desktop Solution in 2013. Largest customer running Dig-Smart Enterprise is the City of San Diego, CA. Written and designed in-house using .NET. Dig-Smart Fusion First released in 2016 and designed as an on-premise solution consuming published map services from AGOL or ArcGIS Server. Provides ample mapping and analytic resources for utilities looking for a one-stop-shop for ticket management software. Supported by Chrome and FireFox browsers, minimum screen size supported is 9 inches. Written and designed in-house using .NET. Dig-Smart Locator First released in 2013 and originally built using the ArcGIS for iOS SDK, this proven mobile solution has been redesigned in 2018 using the ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET / Xamarin Forms. Requires the Dig-Smart WebAPI.
