England-Thims & Miller, Inc. (ETM) was founded in Northeast Florida with the aim of guiding municipal, commercial, and land development throughout the region. The company adopted Geographic Information Systems (GIS) capabilities over 20 years ago to support engineering, planning, construction, and asset management solutions for municipalities, utilities, and commercial organizations. Our vision is to integrate authoritative data and dynamic visualization solutions to support and improve decision making capabilities. Through continued commitment to technology, ETM’s Geospatial Technologies department has built the preeminent GIS and asset management implementation team of experts with decades of experience supporting projects across the nation. The ETM Geospatial Technologies team understands that limited budgets and the rapid pace of digital transformation make it difficult for municipalities to stay on top of the important work that needs to be done for a community. ETM maintains technology partnerships with industry leading GIS platforms such as Esri and Cartegraph (an OpenGov Company) to seamlessly multiply the effectiveness of our system without the need for time consuming integration work.
