Established in 1946 as Harry R. Feldman Inc., and in continuous operation since, Feldman Geospatial is a 120+ person firm led by 10 Registered Professional Land Surveyors and a staff dedicated to geospatial service provision across the built environment. Our capabilities include Land Surveying, Reality Capture, 3D Modeling, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), geophysics, and emerging GIS solutions such as ArcGIS Indoors, ArcGIS Online, Web GIS, and Spatial Data Integration. As geospatial technologies evolve, our professionals stay current with advancements in Digital Twins, automation, AI, and cloud-based GIS workflows. We apply tools such as ArcGIS Experience Builder, Story Maps, and Field Maps to support visualization, data accessibility, and decision-making across AEC and utilities projects, including Subsurface Utility Networks and ESRI Utility Networks (EUN). Feldman operates 22 conventional crews, including dedicated Reality Capture, SUE, and geophysics teams. Our integrated approach combines survey, engineering-grade reality capture, BIM/VDC workflows, and GIS-ready data delivery to support scalable Spatial Data Infrastructure development. Headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, with offices in Portland, Maine and Worcester, we serve clients across New England and the United States.
