Since 1997, G&H has been helping communities improve their resilience by providing strategic, management, and technology services to all levels of government, the private sector, and the nonprofit community. With our main focus being on building capacity for the state and local first responder, homeland security, and emergency management communities, we have worked with agencies to develop strategies, build and implement programs and develop and deploy technology tools to improve their capabilities for preparedness, response, and recovery. G&H stands out in our ability to work with agencies and organizations to improve their situational awareness, information sharing, and decision support capabilities. Unlike traditional consultants, we don’t push pre-packaged solutions. Instead, we collaborate with our clients to design custom approaches that maximize their existing technology investments. Our expertise spans system integration with Esri’s ArcGIS Platform, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and SAP, along with custom application development and real-world operational support.
