HuecosMed is an application developed for the Mayor of Medellin that allows citizens to report pothole in real time from their mobile devices. Reports go directly to the Road Management System of Medellin where a quick fix program. It has over 10,000 users and is an example of citizen cooperation for progress of cities. Huecosmed is on arcgis 10.1 for Android and iOS and is a great example of City.
