Gridmetrics offers the Power Event Notification System (PENS) feature service with 5 minute updates of power outages in hyperlocal, 1km x 1km US National Grid projection plane. PENS utilizes over 325,000 unique power sensors across the last mile of the US distribution grid supplying hyper-local, real-time insights into power status. Look for PENS in the Esri Marketplace, including a no-fee trial version. PENS is also included as a data layer in Watch Center, an ArcGIS Solution.
