Hollins Consulting, Inc. (HCI) was established in 2008 to provide project management, construction management services, and infrastructure management for complex new buildings, renovations and public infrastructure projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since our inception, we’ve grown to provide solutions engineering across the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) sectors. We now boast a strong consultant team composed of GIS experts, land mapping coordinators, professional engineers, estimators, schedulers, project managers, construction managers and inspectors. HCI offers specialized Geographic Information Systems Consultant services. Our comprehensive offerings include developing, designing, and maintaining GIS data, encompassing data management, collection, and automation processes. We excel in data visualization, by transforming intricate geographic data into clear, actionable maps and web-based applications. Our partner clients primarily come from the AEC and Maritime sectors. Since 2022, HCI has provided on-call GIS support services to the Port of Oakland.
