Overview
IROL is an advanced web-based platform offering multiple Prevention and Community Risk Reduction services and solutions for three main constituents: Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), Service Providers (SP) and Property Owners/Occupants (PO). Our most well-known solution, Third Party Inspection Reporting, also known as Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance (ITM) Reporting, assists in tracking and driving code compliance of protection systems, reducing false alarm activity, and overall builds safer communities. Our secure and central application streamlines the electronic process in which third-party service providers/contractors performing ITM on fire and life safety systems can submit final test results to the City/AHJ and/or owner via IROL’s web portal. This delivers an efficient process for receiving, tracking, and managing ITM reports and data, as well as providing an effective code deficiency remediation process for your department, providers and owners. As the AHJ using our customized, secure and advanced technology, IROL’s platform will track, manage, and maintain systems and associated ITM reports for all locations. The end result is a robust database of locations with systems, types of systems, readiness and conditions of systems, when they were last tested, and the ability to immediately respond to any deficient or critical system reducing or eliminating a high-risk situation, including loss of property or life.
