Overview:

Jadu Continuum is a platform for Web Content Management, Digital Forms and Customer Case Management (lite CRM) that enables organisations to deliver a rich and engaging web experience, transactions and customer relationship management. The Continuum Platform is made up from three products: Jadu CMS, Jadu XFP and Jadu CXM. The integration with ESRI is implemented in Jadu XFP (and may be extended to Jadu CMS and CXM products at a later date, depending on customer feedback). The continuum platform is continuously released, meaning that we regularly iterate the software with new features and push these features to customers. Integration with ESRI maps will be pushed to all customers and customers with ESRI products will be able to leverage the integration within their digital forms through Jadu XFP. Jadu Continuum XFP is a widely used Digital Forms platform. The system provides a powerful, non-technical tools for the creation of online forms and collections and management of data. ESRI ArcGIS integration with XFP will form part of a new mapping component offering ‘out of the box’ integration with ESRI. Examples in the local government context include, report potholes, flytipping, antisocial behavior or anything where geospatial data and mapping is of utility.
