Jean-Pierre Cadrin & Ass Inc. is a firm founded in 1988 that specializes in property assessment roles. Our clients are exclusively cities and regional county municipalities (RCM). We work in collaboration with them, to produce and update property assessment roles, that will then be used for the taxation of different properties on their respective territories. We provide a turnkey service, that is, we are responsible for the making of the graphic register (cartographic document) governed by regulations of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, and for all actions to be taken by the municipal inspector. Our clients also benefit from a Web platform allowing them to easily and rapidly access the cartographic data and all information regarding assessment roles of their municipality. Our firm is made up of 35 permanent employees whose responsibilities are directly linked to the production of assessment roles and customer support. Our customers are mainly located in the territory of Estrie and Montérégie. We work with nearly a hundred cities and municipalities and are responsible for over 130 000 property files.
