Description:
Document Management System mobile(DMSm) is a companion application to the desktop version of DMS. It runs on the Android platform for both phones and tablets. DMSm is designed to provide a simple, efficient interface for data collection while in the field (i.e., taking notes, photos, videos, audio, etc.). It ties directly into the DMS master database utilizing the unique ID for the record being collected. Thereby, all the data collected while out in the field gets associated automatically to each record upon synchronization at the office using a WiFi connection.
