Overview
For 36 years, LandTech Consultants has helped organizations use accurate spatial data and technology to better understand, manage, and improve facilities and infrastructure. LandTech has been an Esri partner for nearly a decade and has a long history of collaborating with Esri and its customers on innovative GIS applications. LandTech team members have been featured in two AEC keynote presentations and numerous user sessions at Esri conferences, sharing work in digital twins, indoor GIS, 3D GIS, facility management, and GIS/BIM integration. LandTech is also an Esri Indoor GIS Specialty Partner. We bring together GIS, ArcGIS Indoors, reality capture, CAD/BIM, and 3D data to help clients better manage facilities, assets, and operations. A key strength is our ability to work with existing source information, including CAD drawings, BIM models, legacy floor plans, point clouds, and GIS data, and turn it into accurate, structured information that supports ArcGIS applications and operational systems. LandTech supports projects from initial data assessment and reality capture through GIS development, implementation, system integration, training, and long-term program expansion. Our experience includes airports, water and wastewater utilities, K-12 and higher education, public infrastructure, and other complex facilities.
