Use Lucity Facilities to store data for inventory and condition assessment, and track financial data on a facility site and its property, including leases, valuations, property tax and permits. The tool lets your team manage treatment plant equipment with a hierarchically-based approach, letting you easily find, display, and track necessary information. This comprehensive inventory control system includes modules for buildings (contact information and condition), roof inventory and inspection (roof attributes and the condition of each), floors, rooms, furnishings (attributes and location) and warranties. Additional tools include Facilities Asset for site inventory and inspection; Facilities Financial for data like lease, valuation, property tax and permit; and Property Key Management for operational tracing of keys to doors and furnishings. Integration with Lucity Work allows you to track building maintenance history, while a connection to Lucity Equipment lets you link specific equipment to each building. The module can also be successful linked with Lucity Mobile, reducing the data input load of your field crews by allowing them to input data into user-designed fields. Use Lucity Parks to track park elements—paths, structures, fields, lots, landscaping, playground equipment, irrigation valves— to establish consistent management and maintenance for system-wide assets.
