MultiProcesos SIG S.A.S ( MPSIG )

Bucaramanga, SAN, Colombia

Overview

MPSIG (MultiProcesos SIG S.A.S.) is a Colombian firm specialized in ArcGIS-based GIS modernization for organizations that operate critical infrastructure. In 2026 we advanced to Esri Partner Network – Gold, and in 2025 we achieved the Network Management Specialty, reinforcing our capability to design, implement, and operate network and asset management solutions at scale. While we grew alongside Esri Colombia, we also collaborate with regional distributors—Esri Panama, Esri Mexico, and Esri Chile—through a strategic alliance with Esri Chile. We focus on three mission-critical fronts: (1) utilities (electric, gas, and water) with ArcGIS Utility Network, data migration, editing, and operational traceability; (2) hydrocarbon transportation and storage (midstream) with location-based asset management and integrity; and (3) energy transition with geospatial capabilities for planning and resilience. We are an official distributor of Utility Network Editor and Sweet for ArcGIS from Esri UK. MPSIG is also a registered partner of Schneider Electric and is in the formal certification process for Smart Grid EcoXpert Certification (EcoXpert Partner Program), strengthening capabilities for network modernization, asset management, and operational integrity. Differentiators: projects delivered and in operation; enterprise integration with corporate systems (e.g., SAP) through IRIS; and a reference case: Asset Management with ArcGIS Utility Network (EBSA).
