Enesgy® Documents allows regular staff with no GIS knowledge to organize and find documents by both description and location. Link any type of document to your ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise map using a web browser. You control how and where the documents are stored - your file system or in a document management system. Data is accessible from anywhere, based on your ArcGIS Online or Enterprise permissions. And while Enesgy Documents does not require a GIS geodatabase to exist, it can act as the first, gradual step towards building such a geodatabase. Enesgy Documents can be used to manage specific workflows in your enterprise: Manage leases, capital projects, record drawings, conditions assessments, and others. Enesgy® Documents can be delivered as a robust foundation or one of two, user specific solutions; Enesgy Lease Management and Enesgy Project Records Document Manager.
