Orca Maritime provides UUV consulting services and plays a major role in the fielding of the U.S. Navy's newest technology in mine countermeasures. The staff of subject matter experts support the UUV program at SPAWAR, and has managed the initial concept of operations for these systems in scenarios specific to the Fifth Fleet theater. Orca Maritime integrates input from fleet warfighting staffs, system operators and Navy laboratory systems experts to optimize the tactical employment of these systems. Using this information, a fully navigable 3-dimensional rendering of the bottom is possible, giving a clear visual reference to where objects are in relation to each other.
