Established as a corporation in 1966, Pennoni is a multidisciplinary firm that employs more than 1,400 professional, technical, and administrative personnel in 40+ offices strategically located to best serve our growing list of clients around the world. For nearly 60 years, Pennoni has provided services to local, state, and federal governments and private, commercial, industrial, and construction clients, as well as to other professional firms. With a 100% employee-owned Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) in place, we dedicate ourselves daily to client service, to giving back to the community, and to nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit of our employee-owners. We have received numerous awards for our work as well as our corporate culture, including national rankings by the Zweig Group and Engineering News-Record. Pennoni’s investment in innovation and technology is one of our core values and Pennoni has grown its GIS & Asset Management team allowing us to offer a wide variety of GIS services to our client, both public and private.
