My typical advisory engagement has a term of six months and is tied to a monthly retainer. I offer/recommend weekly meetings (virtual or in person) as well as regular phone and email support as needed. I can quickly plug into and support you in whatever your current challenges are — focus areas for scaling your business, developing/enhancing your Esri (or other strategic) partnership, leadership/people strategy, raising capital inclusive of private equity, and/or the emotional journey that only business leaders encounter.
