Purple Land Management is a service provider delivering services to multiple industries. Among the largest business units for PLM is the energy industry, where PLM facilitates negotiating for the acquisition or divestiture of mineral rights; negotiating business agreements that provide for the exploration and/or development of minerals; determining ownership in minerals through the research of public and private records; reviewing the status of title, curing title defects and otherwise reducing title risk associated with ownership in minerals; managing rights and/or obligations derived from ownership of interest in minerals. Through the energy management division, PLM has been able to develop a project management platform that enhances the services we provide to the market. This platform allows PLM’s clients to manage their workflow and day-to-day operations through one platform. PLM has achieved tremendous growth through the technology division and has witnessed firsthand the benefits of technical platforms to govern operations.
