raSmith is one of Wisconsin’s leading consulting engineering firms, providing multi-disciplinary services to government and the land development industry nationwide. Our offices are located in Brookfield (corporate offices, Milwaukee), Appleton, Madison, and Cedarburg Wisconsin, Naperville (Chicago), Illinois, and Irvine, California. Richard A. Smith, M.S., P.E., F.ASCE, founded raSmith in 1978 with three founding principles: stability, quality and innovation. Rick’s son Ricky followed in his father’s footsteps and began his career at raSmith as a civil engineer in 2002. Ricky was named president of raSmith in 2018.
