Partners should let users know how their organization is aligned with Esri and identify what they are doing to expand the use of Esri technology, grow and support the GIS community, and help users be successful through scalable solutions and services. They should include references: - Esri technology focus – let users know that they are aligned with the latest Esri product versions and trends - Esri software expertise – specific product expertise, platform knowledge, development skills, number of staff, technology certifications - Industry expertise – is their company a leader in a specific industry? Do they have cutting-edge industry know-how? Do they service a large number of users in a certain domain? Is their company an expert serving a niche market? - ArcGIS Marketplace Provider listings - Geographic reach (Countries where they are currently doing business) - Esri-technology-based flagship product(s) - Alignment with other Esri Partners and/or Distributors - Number of years serving the GIS community



All Services listings should include the Services Overview, Services Provided, Industries Served by your service offerings, and the Service Overview The Services Overview should include enough details for users to understand the basics of the services the Partner is offerings and get them interested in learning more. Partners should include things like -Focus & know-how on latest Esri technologies (ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS 10.1, etc…) -Services related to ArcGIS for Local Government or other industry initiatives -Industry, market, and platform expertise
