Sentinel delivers a fully integrated ArcGIS-based hazard forecasting and early warning system combining remote field instrumentation, real-time monitoring, and short-term rainfall forecasting. We design and deploy telemetry-enabled weather and hydrometric stations in high-risk burn areas, streaming precipitation and watershed response data directly into ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online. Forecast rainfall is automatically evaluated against site-specific intensity–duration thresholds, terrain analysis, and burn severity mapping to identify elevated debris flow and landslide risk before critical triggers are exceeded. When forecast or observed thresholds are met, automated alerts and notifications are issued to designated stakeholders. Operational dashboards provide watershed-level situational awareness and decision-support tools for communities, municipalities, and engineering partners.
