Overview
SmartViz provides real-time operational intelligence for buildings, estates and public spaces, helping organisations understand how their spaces are used, optimise energy consumption and improve operational efficiency. By bringing together IoT, occupancy, energy and building data within a live 3D digital twin, SmartViz enables better-informed decisions around space utilisation, estate operations, sustainability and user experience. As part of the Esri Partner Network, SmartViz combines real-time operational data with Esri's location intelligence, enabling estate teams to translate occupancy and location data into actionable insights to help right-size portfolios, streamline operations and make better-informed capital investment decisions. SmartViz also provides a range of low-cost IoT sensors, including simple “peel-and-stick” battery-powered devices and PoE-connected sensors, enabling rapid deployment with minimal infrastructure changes: • Occupancy and people counting: desk, room, floor, building, campus and city level • Footfall and movements - including vehicular traffic • Indoor and outdoor environmental monitoring including IAQ and AQI • Light, sound, energy, water and other building metrics Together, SmartViz and Esri technologies enable UK estate managers to translate occupancy and location data into actionable insights to help right-size portfolios, streamline estate operations and make informed capital investment decisions.
