Organizations managing property and facility assets often rely on disconnected spreadsheets, legacy systems, and static reports that lack location context. This limits visibility into asset condition, value, and risk, and makes planning, reporting, and day-to-day decision-making inefficient. To address these challenges, we propose a GIS-enabled Property Asset Inventory and Location Application built on the Esri ArcGIS platform and delivered through a proven Esri Partner Solution. The solution provides a single, authoritative, map-centric system for managing property assets such as parcels, buildings, facilities, and associated infrastructure. By integrating enterprise asset data with GIS, decision-makers gain real-time spatial awareness of asset location, condition, ownership, and lifecycle status—all within an intuitive web-based interface. At the core of the application is an interactive map that allows users to visualize and query assets by location, department, asset type, condition, or risk. Users can select any asset on the map to view detailed records, supporting documents, photos, inspection history, and related data. This spatial context enables faster answers to critical questions such as: Where are our highest-risk assets? Which facilities require near-term investment? How are assets distributed across service areas or jurisdictions?
