Overview
InView Assets (South West Aerial Surveys Ltd) is a geospatial reality capture and asset condition inspection specialist, working across the UK. We help asset owners make capital investment and maintenance decisions with accurate, current data instead of incomplete or out-of-date records. Using drones, photogrammetry, terrestrial laser scanning and thermal imaging, we capture survey-grade, geo-referenced imagery, 3D models and digital twins of buildings, roofs, pavement infrastructure, without scaffolding, closures or working at height.
Data is delivered straight into ArcGIS Online as feature layers, web maps and scenes, so defects can be located, classified, tracked over time and linked to enterprise asset systems as well as AutoDesk (2D and 3D). Sectors: airports (airside pavement and building condition surveys), social housing (roof and stock condition), NHS and public sector estates, universities, heritage and telecoms. Clients include Bristol Airport, University of Exeter, Historic England, National Trust, Somerset Council and Plymouth Community Homes. We fly under our own CAA Operational Safety Case and are SafeContractor accredited.
