Stellar is an information technology (IT) and GIS consulting firm with over 25 years of experience in delivering outstanding professional services to our clients providing a comprehensive range of innovative and effective IT consulting and professional services to government agencies at the federal, state, and local levels. Stellar Services, Inc. was founded in New York, NY in 1993 by a select group of system engineers in the construction project management industry. Stellar is a certified M/DBE firm comprised of 140 employees with our headquarters in New York City and regional offices in San Francisco, Houston, Atlanta, Reno, Shanghai and Washington D.C. We have worked with clients from many different private companies and government agencies, both within the United States as well as overseas, and have earned their respect for our services. We have completed successful and innovative implementations of project management systems, business intelligence, systems integration, document and records management system, invoice management, software development, hardware/software deployment and support, and asset management systems for our customers. Stellar provides consulting resources for our clients to help them manage their IT projects or provide the IT project management expertise in a team environment.
