Stoian GIS and AI Consulting (Stoian Co) is a Dubai-based Esri Partner delivering GIS consulting, GeoAI and urban modeling internationally, with project experience across the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Europe. We turn spatial data into the decision layer that planners, developers and government authorities act on. Our work runs on ArcGIS: ArcGIS Pro and ArcPy for analysis and custom toolboxes, ArcGIS Online for dashboards and web maps, enterprise geodatabase design, and ArcGIS CityEngine for procedural 3D city models. Our edge is standards compliance with any authority. Our schema workflow turns an authority's GIS data standard into machine-readable rules, and a 46-tool ArcGIS Pro toolbox validates every submission before it reaches the reviewer. It already runs for five authority standards and adapts to any national, municipal or developer standard. In 2026 a major master plan GIS submission we delivered was authority-approved, and we authored the GIS data standard for a regional development authority.
