Description:
Synergy created and updated 5 feature classes, right of ways, roads, tax parcels, bike lanes, and intersections for Cumberland County and provided the data in a configurable ArcGIS Web Application for public usage (which the county did not have before). Feature class creation involved paper to digital conversion, data conflation, data migration and usage of ArcGIS Local Government Solutions data model when applicable.
