Description:
EDAS is a web based application developed by T-MAPY designed for geographic metadata management. It allows its users to search and access geospatial (as well as non-geospatial) data resources stored in file system or database, transfer this data, generate reports and out-puts according to selected criteria and thus effectively utilize company’s data resources. EDAS complies with legislation and technical regulations such as INSPIRE and ISO standards. With EDAS you will know: • what metadata your company has and where these data is stored, • how accurate your data is, who created and processed it, • who is the responsible person, • what version of specific data you have, • which data are obsolete and could be deleted.
