Overview
TeachMeGIS has been providing GIS training and consulting services for over 20 years. In addition to our regularly scheduled standard GIS training, our team has developed GIS courses for different industries, such as petroleum, public health, NextGen 911 and emergency response, transportation, and more. We offer our training in person at our training center in Houston, Texas, USA or at client sites around the world. In addition, our Instructor-led virtual environment is also available for both our public and private courses. Our team of trainers have mastered the technique of getting people not only trained in, but also excited about, the use of their GIS software. We work hard to make each course relevant to the participant’s current needs by bringing numerous industry examples into the classroom, and by encouraging discussion of common industry challenges. TeachMeGIS instructors have a knack for making participants feel comfortable asking questions, keeping the classes open and flexible. We can also customize private courses to use the client’s data and workflows, tailoring the classes to the needs of the audience.
