This foundation is the base for any digital twin-based function a client may wish to build. The service includes: • A Project Analysis Survey to discover your digital twin vision, desired capabilities, asset scope, user profiles and long-term direction to name a few things. • ArcGIS base map development. • Standards creation for Civil and Built BIM, CAD, imagery, and related data assets. • Asset build out. • Incorporation of assets into the Digital Twin Foundation base map insuring asset registration and properties align to real world conditions. • Curated data management system linking all assets through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to Esri ArcGIS GeoBIM. • Client interface system and dashboards for various project user levels – viewer, analyst, author, etc. • Creation of digital twin analysis application services. • Convert and standardize additional assets that come into play. • Provide management services over the project lifetime. • Verify function of the digital twin analysis tools as project conditions change. • Provide project field verification services, scanning, imagery, and as-built services.
