The Whitney Bailey Cox & Magnani, LLC’s (WBCM) GeoSpatial Innovations team is a highly experienced, client-focused group of GIS software developers, database administrators, analysts and industry leaders. The WBCM Geospatial Innovations Team focuses on delivering highly effective, sustainable and cost-effective solutions for both the advanced, and non-GIS users serving both our public and private clients. WBCM believes in leveraging Esri’s highly impactful, efficient and effective COTS (Commercial off-the-shelf) software architecture. WBCM has taken pride in providing its Esri COTS based solutions to its clients in a matter of a few days from initial of request. The Geospatial Innovations team has developed numerous Esri ArcGIS Online (AGOL) cloud-based solutions which are inter-operable for both the desktop and in field utilization in both connected and disconnected mobile environments.
