Our GIS Services division — led by Chase Fisher (former Esri Solution Engineer Team Lead for State and Local Government, 21+ years in GIS) — helps cities and counties modernize their ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise environments through three core service offerings:

Zanevan Engineering's GIS Services division delivers ArcGIS consulting and implementation to state and local government across MO, AR, KS, OK, IA, NE, and KY. Led by former Esri Solution Engineer Team Lead Chase Fisher (21+ years in GIS, seven years leading the SLG SE team for a six-state Midwest region at Esri, FAA Part 107 UAS pilot, Esri drone program SME), Zanevan combines deep Esri platform fluency with a mature civil and structural engineering practice.
