Course is really engaging, more so than I expected for a virtual class and I was pleasantly surprised. 

This is my 2nd or 3rd instructor-led training with Esri and all have been extremely positive for me. The professionalism of the instructors is great and Esri should lead trainings on how to train instructors.  

The training was very in-depth and helped me learn a lot about [ArcGIS Pro], which I was not very familiar with. 

Course materials were clear. I'm a new-new user and was able to complete exercises with little to no set backs. Liked that there were helpful links in the workbook.

The virtual classroom, while missing the physical components that make a meeting intimate, was comfortable for a learning environment. The instructor made learning and soaking up the course material easy for all class attendees.

I really enjoyed the exercises in [ArcGIS] Pro. I thought they were valuable and I will look back on the workflows in the future.

I really enjoyed learning and I was kind of hesitant that I might have been way over my head with learning something new. But the instructor made me feel very comfortable and that boost[ed] my confidence in being a leader within my organization to obtain more new GIS skills.

[Esri] has some of the best step-by-step materials I have ever used, [it] makes the entire course that much better--probably the best online learning environment, instruction, and software I have ever used.

The course materials were laid out in an easy to understand way, and it's clear enough that I would be able to come back [to it] in the future to redo any of the exercises as needed.

I've been doing this for a while and still learned something new. 

The materials used for the exercises were detailed and provided excellent hands-on examples that can be applied to real work scenarios. 

Very nice course materials!  I will be taking more classes. 

I thought the course material was excellent, and the exercises were a brilliant way of getting to use the tool.
