I registered but can no longer attend. What should I do?

We understand that life can be unpredictable! If something comes up and you need to withdraw after registering, please e-mail t3g@esri.com as soon as possible. We would want to offer your spot to another applicant.

I need to change my lodging preferences. How can I do this?
Does Esri have a dress code?

The dress code is business casual. Slacks or nice jeans are the norm; no shorts, halter tops, or sundresses on campus please. Bring comfortable shoes for walking.

What should I pack?

Business cards to share with other participants.

A light backpack is helpful as you may be walking or biking back and forth from the hotel to campus. However, you will be receiving a tote bag when you check in on Sunday.

Refillable water bottle with your name on it. No beverages or food are allowed in the auditorium, but there will be a "parking" table outside the room where you can retrieve your beverage during breaks.

You do not need to bring any Esri books for use in class.

What can I expect the weather to be like during the week?

The weather in July can be variable; it may be quite hot (ranging from 90 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit) or cool and overcast (or both in the same day). We suggest dressing in layers; a light jacket, sweat shirt, sweater, or blazer is a good idea for the air conditioning or in the evening. Rain is unlikely around this time of year.

I may not be able to arrive in time to attend the welcome dinner on Sunday. What do I do if I'm running late or unable to show up?

If you're arriving late, please join us anyway. The welcome dinner will take place between 5:00 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. on Sunday. If your flight happens to be delayed or you're stuck in traffic, please feel free to contact Laura Bowden at 909-557-8737 or Charlie Fitzpatrick at 612-309-8897.
