Seminar Assists Managers in GIS Planning and ImplementationThe preconference seminar Managing a GIS at the 1999 Esri International User Conference in San Diego, California, was attended by a record number of people. Dr. Roger Tomlinson also offers Managing a GIS as a one- or two-day seminar throughout the year. Customers may have the seminar taught at their sites for up to 12 participants.
