HEEP Program 1999

At the International 1999 Highway Engineering Exchange Program (HEEP) meeting in Mobile, Alabama, the winners of the Educator and Student Participation Program were announced. Top row: student winners David Robert McDonald, Nilhan Ozkan, Merih Buyuklu, Timothy Wagner, and Jason Stack. Bottom row: Esri's Mike Price, Program Coordinator Ray Halperin from the Maine Department of Transportation, and Esri's Ernie Ott. Esri contributed to making the Participation Program a reality. HEEP was formed at an informal meeting of several western states held in Portland, Oregon, in 1956.
