Guy Noll

Captain Guy T. Noll is the maritime principal consultant at Esri. He has been the commanding officer for the NOAA Marine Operations Center-Pacific (2010–2011) and the commanding officer of the NOAA ship RAINIER (2005–2007). In 2009–11 Captain Noll led the NOAA effort to implement fleet-wide metrics that separated fixed asset expenses such as shipyard availability and crew funding from variable costs such as fuel and deployment days.
