I interned on the ArcGIS Maps SDKs for JavaScript team in Summer 2026, where I learned that a lot of engineering goes into making things look effortless, and also that you can put a cat on a map if you try hard enough. Over my career, I've also worked as a frontend engineer, and I write about my engineering misadventures on dev.to.
