The first thing we expect you’ll notice is the new Technical Support experience offers a modern appearance.
But there will be so much more than an improved look. In fact, our team worked tirelessly over the past year to improve your support experience.
We’ll explain more when the site goes live, but you can expect:

What is the old and the new look in the animation?
Hi Nico, great question! The current site is the darker site with the blue navigational components. The new site is more modern, brighter and streamlined.
