The new addition of the File Geodatabase API is here!
It includes support for MS Visual Studio 2017.
Otherwise, nothing else has changed from the 1.5 release.

Hi Jonathan, is this API version able to read tiff files stored in a gdb datastore with python? I wonder as we are in need of this.
Raster data is not supported by the file geodatabase API. This is a C++ API and we supply a .NET wrapper.
