Announcing the 2025 Network Management Release Plan

By Saranya Kesavan

We’re excited to announce the 2025 ArcGIS Network Management release, which includes ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 and ArcGIS Pro 3.5. This release continues our commitment to helping utilities build and manage modern, scalable, and high-performing network systems.

As with all network management release plans, the 2025 update focuses on enhancing the performance, scalability, and reliability of your network management information systems. This release also includes full support for offline network management with two-way synchronization, making it easier than ever for field crews to work with network data wherever they are.

In addition to ongoing improvements, we’ve introduced new tools and capabilities that strengthen data migration workflows and improve the user experience across desktop, web, and mobile platforms. These enhancements are summarized in a companion blog post:

It’s important to note that these implementation options are not specific to the 2025 release—they are available to all organizations using any supported version of the ArcGIS Network Management release.
