Version 2.14 of Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS Developer Edition has just been released and is available for download at the ArcGIS for Developers site. This update includes the new enhancements that were part of the Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS Online release in October. The common request for dynamically filtering with URL parameters has been added to the Group Filter widget. Support for accessibility has been added to 8 themes and 44 widgets, including Batch Attribute Editor, Cost Analysis, GeoLookup, Group Filter, and Smart Editor
