Bryn Brum | Team Lead

Bryn joined Esri in 2008 and has since progressed from an inside sales role to a sales team lead. As a team lead, she mentors emerging sales professionals and helps them address the unique challenges faced by local governments and organizations. Bryn is dedicated to fostering growth among sales team members and advancing the use of geospatial solutions in the public sector.

Shelby Hines | Technical Consultant

Shelby helps state and local government customers maximize their GIS investments through the Esri Advantage Program. She also supports customers wanting to implement ArcGIS Hub for citizen engagement and planning processes, including hazard mitigation planning. Prior to Esri, she worked for the Federal Emergency Management Association (FEMA) Region 8 as a mitigation planner and GIS analyst.

James Filloramo | Account Manager

James Filloramo supports state and county water agencies around the United States. Mitigating threats—such as wildfires, storms, algae blooms, or dwindling water supplies—requires expert guidance and long-term strategies. With a history in remote sensing and invasion ecology, James understands the implications of these threats and helps bridge the gap between the threats and infrastructure resiliency, GIS, and GeoAI.
