Bryn Brum | Team Lead
Bryn joined Esri in 2008 and has since progressed from an inside sales role to a sales team lead. As a team lead, she mentors emerging sales professionals and helps them address the unique challenges faced by local governments and organizations. Bryn is dedicated to fostering growth among sales team members and advancing the use of geospatial solutions in the public sector.
Shelby Hines | Technical Consultant
Shelby helps state and local government customers maximize their GIS investments through the Esri Advantage Program. She also supports customers wanting to implement ArcGIS Hub for citizen engagement and planning processes, including hazard mitigation planning. Prior to Esri, she worked for the Federal Emergency Management Association (FEMA) Region 8 as a mitigation planner and GIS analyst.
Sarah Zimmer | Solution Engineer
Sarah is a solution engineer who supports architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms and environmental organizations. Her passion for the built world, the environment, and supporting infrastructure planning powers her drive and ambition. She promotes AEC industry initiatives by giving workflow demonstrations, speaking at conferences, and networking.
