Product Marketing Manager
Riley focuses on driving customer success and enhancing market understanding of ArcGIS. Through gathering customer feedback and collaborating across departments, she creates content that educates and inspires users, ensuring smooth onboarding, effective training, and successful adoption of ArcGIS products.
Account Manager
Partnering with local governments, Ryan supports efforts to modernize operations and drive data-informed decision-making through ArcGIS. With a focus on collaboration and long-term success, he helps organizations leverage GIS as a strategic solution to enhance efficiency, transparency, and community engagement.
Administrative Assistant
Karen's role encompasses various functions, including internal task coordination for all State and Local Regional events within our region, monitoring collateral, answering phones, shipping and receiving, overseeing weekly travel reports, submitting travel and expense reports, managing the RO Insider Newsletter, and addressing additional tasks as they arise. She is dedicated to supporting her internal Esri customers in both the Minneapolis and Chicago offices, as well as assisting external customers who visit or contact our office.
