Renee Opatz

Senior Advisor and Consultant

Renee Opatz is a Senior Advisor and Consultant for state and local government customers at Esri. Renee has more than 15 years of experience implementing GIS technology for county and city agencies and spent the four years prior to joining Esri as a GIS supervisor for Metro Parks in Tacoma, Washington. Throughout her career, Renee has enabled customers to make spatially based data-driven decisions to support planning efforts including equitable service delivery. She is passionate about Parks and ensures that Park departments obtain access to technology to modernize their programs, reporting and analysis.

Ciji Clark

State Account Manager

Ciji Clark supports state and local government in Alaska and Montana in the use of GIS to increase efficiencies and decrease redundant work. She is passionate about collaboration between state and local government and always works to bring relevant groups to the discussion to further citizen engagement. Her interests include imagery and remote sensing and real-time GIS applications.

Ryan Richardson

Solution Engineer

Ryan Richardson is a GIS professional with a passion for using technology to solve complex problems. He supports the state and local government team out of Esri's regional office in Olympia, Washington. He is pursuing a Master's degree in GIS and holds a GIS Graduate Certificate from the University of Denver. In addition, Ryan is a FAA Part 107 UAV pilot and teaches a drone mapping certificate course at The Evergreen State College in Olympia.
