Start your day feeling centered and alert with yoga on the lawn—open to all levels. The class starts with gentle warm-up poses, flowing through sun salutations, standing, seated, and inverted poses. Focus will be on breath control, alignment, and present-moment awareness, with modifications to suit all levels and paces.
You can sign up for yoga when you register for the event. If you have already registered, you can add yoga to your registration.
Registration is $35 per participant and includes a branded yoga mat. Early registration is encouraged, as space is limited.
