What you need to register

  • Esri account with a unique email address

    All attendees will need to have an Esri account (such as an ArcGIS public account) with their unique email address. While a public account can accommodate multiple email addresses, our online registration platform cannot. You can create a free Esri account if you do not have one already.

  • Proof of enrollment (students only)

    To verify that you are a current student or recent graduate, please send proof of enrollment to confregis@esri.com. Examples of proof include a photo of your school ID, class schedule, or an unofficial transcript.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations received after October 6, 2023, registrants will forfeit 50 percent of their registration fee. Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after October 23, 2023, will forfeit their entire registration fee, and registrations received after this date will not be eligible for refunds. If you need to cancel due to special circumstances, please email confregis@esri.com with your request for review.

Substitutions for registrants can be made at any time. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded.

Note: Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation, if applicable.
